Returns or Defective claims on items more than 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without receiving a RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized return or collect shipments will be refused at our location. Linen Plus will pass through all Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, to the customer. Linen Plus will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the product by the manufacturer.
Please note: Non-Defective returns for a product that has been used and/or washed will not be accepted. If the product has been washed and/or used only defective product will be accepted. All table linen products are non-returnable as they are made to order.
