Overview
Overhead warmers come in Standard Energy Efficient Wattage and High Performance High Heat Wattage options. These infrared overhead warmers are built with special “mirror finished” stainless steel reflectors that generate over 22% more heat than standard reflectors. Pilot lights, a toggle switch, and mounting brackets come standard, making units like the APW Wyott FD-54H-T ready for reliable overhead warming in commercial kitchens. Infinite control is also available for maximum temperature management.
Construction:
Stainless steel housing and aluminized steel radiant reflector, metal-sheathed heating element, and angle brackets with an “L” indicated built-on illumination box that uses incandescent safety lights.Electrical Information:
Specify voltage and wattage, as well as infinite control or toggle switch operation (remote control units are operated using optional remote control kits). Remote control units rely on separate, optional remote control kits to allow for maximum installation flexibility, and up to 3 remote units can be controlled by a single triple remote control kit.
