Use this Cambro Market Display Tray (part no. 1218MT110) to merchandise salads, desserts, hors d’oeuvres, pastries, and other foods. Trays feature a low-profile narrow rim, while Pans offer a deeper 2" rim for added capacity. Built from high-impact resistant fiberglass with reinforced edges for long-lasting durability, this tray is part of Cambro's Food Services line designed for busy commercial kitchens and display cases. Dri-Stak separators allow air circulation around stacked trays and pans for quick drying and efficient storage. NSF listed (Yellow is NSF listed for non-direct food contact only).
