The Celcook CCM2100 Compact Microwave offers commercial-grade features to meet your needs. It is equipped with a 10-touchpad programmable control panel with the ability to program 100 menu items.
The microwave oven will have a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 11 power levels, 3-stage cooking, and a time entry option. The output wattage is 2100 watts with top and bottom rotating antenna feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern.
The microwaves are stackable and include a safety bracket. It also includes removable front filters and a special “Clean Filter” reminder feature.
Celcooks compact microwave ovens are perfect for professional kitchens that don’t have room to spare for larger pieces of commercial cooking equipment, but still need reliable cooking power. These ovens can also be placed on top of another oven to utilize space. They do not require a major installation and simply cleaning them with a cloth on a daily basis will reduce the cost of maintenance to a large extent.
