Round fry pan with a Lyonnaise profile that lets food slide easily onto a dish; ideal for searing, grilling, and browning. This Mineral B fry pan (part no. 5610.32) is crafted from heavy-quality iron coated with beeswax, a protective finish that guards against oxidation and facilitates seasoning.
Enhanced non-stick qualities from the very first use. Undeformable thick skirt for lasting shape. Excellent caramelization of food. Natural non-stick properties develop through gradual seasoning. Riveted handle curved in French style for easy, ergonomic handling.
Tip: Preheat using a little fat, and season the pan when first used.
Care: Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry, and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
