Returns
This policy covers hotel and hospitality amenity items such as individual shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotions, soaps, vanity kits, and similar guest toiletries sold by Linen Plus.
Return Eligibility
Unopened & unused only: For health and safety compliance, amenity products must be returned in original, unopened, and sealed packaging with all safety seals intact.
Full, unbroken cases: Case-packed amenities (e.g., 100/box) must be returned as full cases. Inner packs/cases cannot be mixed or partially returned.
Condition: Packaging must be clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Items with writing, stickers, or defaced barcodes/lot codes are not eligible.
Timing: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. RMA labels expire after 14 days if not shipped.
How to Start a Return
Request an RMA: Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or via your Linen Plus account to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Prepare your package: Place items in a sturdy outer box with protective material. Include the RMA number and original order number inside the box.
Ship with tracking: Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, or you receive the wrong item:
Report within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly provide your order number, along with photos of the product, inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label.
Please retain all packaging until your claim is resolved. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or pickup as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Any opened, used, or partially used toiletries and consumables.
Items with broken seals, missing safety films, or altered/removed lot or date codes.
Custom, special-order, or made-to-order amenity kits.
Clearance or final-sale items (as marked on the product page/invoice).
Items not in original case packs or with mixed lot numbers.
Products past, near, or within 60 days of expiration at the time the return is received.
Refunds, Exchanges & Fees
Inspection window: Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery of your return for inspection and processing.
Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product subtotal. Original shipping, handling, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Linen Plus error or a confirmed defect.
Restocking: Up to 15% restocking may apply to buyer’s-remorse returns (fee waived for approved exchanges of equal/greater value).
Return shipping: Customer-paid unless due to our error or a confirmed defect.
Exchanges: We can exchange eligible items for different scents/formats within the same product line when available. Price differences and shipping apply.
Freight/LTL Deliveries
Inspect on arrival: Count all cases and examine for visible damage. Note any damage/shortage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing.
If damage is severe, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately with photos.
Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days with photos and packaging retained.
Cross-Border & Multi-Warehouse Orders
Orders shipping between Canada and the United States may incur brokerage, duties, and taxes. These charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Returns may need to be sent to the warehouse of origin. Your RMA will specify the correct return address.
For split shipments, we may issue multiple RMAs and labels to streamline processing.
Category-Specific Notes (Amenities)
Scents & formulations: Manufacturer updates to fragrance or packaging occur periodically. Minor cosmetic changes are not considered defects.
Batch/lot control: To protect product integrity, returned cases must match the same lot number as shipped when requested.
Kitted amenities: Pre-assembled kits must be returned complete and sealed. Partial kit returns are not accepted.
Policy Changes & Exceptions
Linen Plus may update this policy at any time. Where required by law, provincial, state, or federal regulations will prevail. Prior to the return shipment, Linen Plus Customer Care must approve any exceptions to this policy in writing.
