With a 3 HP motor and touch pad controls, it is known for its power and precise control over a wide variety of blending tasks, from pureeing to chopping. Plus it is also available with a clear polycarbonate container (600), and many chefs elect to get both containers for added versatility.
The chop function is a unique feature that offers the ultimate control over blend texture and consistency. To use it, press chop and turn the variable speed dial to your preferred speed.
For added convenience, the 600S offers one-touch buttons to stop, blend on high, or pulse. The 3 HP motor is strong enough to power through thick ingredients in the least amount of time and the 600S features a 64oz /1.8 L brushed stainless steel jar with a 4oz dosing cup. In addition, the one-piece stainless steel blade has 4 sharpened cutting surfaces for perfect processing of hot and cold food ingredients.
The unit is designed with an all-metal drive clutch with a jar pad sensor that turns the motor off when the container is not in place to help prevent clutch grinding and extend the life of your jars. The Expeditor 600S offers our 3-year express care warranty, which warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of (3) years from the date of original purchase, as well as a lifetime warranty on the blade and motor drive coupling.
