Hatco's CHW Countertop Food Warmer is specially designed to hold and rethermalize food, operable in either a wet or dry operation with a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and adjustable temperature control.
- Features a pan edge offset that helps keep condensation from dripping onto the countertop surface.
- May be used dry, but best performance occurs when used with water, and a dry indicator lamp informs the operator when to add water.
- CHW-43 model can hold a full-size pan with a third-size pan and accessory pan support bar or 4 third-size pans with accessory pan support bars.
