1. General Returns
Return Window: Standard, regularly stocked food‑service equipment may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Method: A credit will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs—including any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees—are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or Special Order Items: Customized or special‑order products and items shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier cannot be returned.
Scratch & Dent / Used / Demo Items:All sales are final for these categories. No returns or exchanges.
3. Restocking Fees
Commercial Customers: A restocking fee of 20% of the item’s cost applies.
Residential Customers: A restocking fee of 30% of the item’s cost applies.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective Goods: If the item is defective, contact Linen Plus within 5 business days of receipt to initiate a return process.
Incorrect Item Received: Please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Do not ship the item back without authorization, as we cannot guarantee reimbursement for unauthorized shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
