3103 Light Cure Acrylic
- Used in bonding, encapsulating, coating, tacking and sealant applications
- Single component, solvent-free
- Cure in seconds when exposed to UV/visible light sources
- The thixotropic nature reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate
- Primarily designed for bonding polycarbonate to itself, while not inducing stress cracking under typical molded stress levels
- Cures rapidly to form flexible, transparent bonds when exposed to ultraviolet light
- Medium viscosity, thixotropic (10,000 cP)
- Key substrates: Polycarbonate, thermoplastic
- Temperature range: - 65ºF to 300ºF (-54ºC to 149ºC)
- Colour: Clear to pale straw
