The Merrychef conneX 16 is a ventless high speed oven that combines microwave, convection, and tuned impingement heat to cook, toast, grill, and reheat up to 20x faster than conventional methods. A 16" x 16" cooking cavity gives you room for larger loads and bigger plates, and it still fits on a 700mm worktop with no side clearance required.
