Return Policy

At Linen Plus, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please familiarize yourself with our Return Policy before making a purchase from Linen Plus Online. This will help you understand our policies in relation to returns, refunds, and order cancellations. 


Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you promptly inspect the delivered goods to ensure they meet your expectations in terms of quality and accuracy according to the provided description. 




  • Returns of items in resellable or unopened condition, still in their original manufacturer packaging, are eligible for a return within 30 days from the original shipment date. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to such returns. Delivery charges will also be applicable, unless the goods in question have breached a consumer guarantee. 

  • Once we've calculated the restocking fee along with the applicable shipping charges, any remaining credit will then be issued as a refund upon our receipt of the returned item.

  • Items older than 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted for returns or defective claims. In no event shall Linen Plus's liability exceed the purchase price of the product for damages arising from warranty breaches or product sales, delivery, use, or performance. 

  • Linen Plus reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items which are not in original condition in which they were received. If this were the case, the package would simply be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved would not be covered by Linen Plus.

  • Medical products like saline, irrigation water, saline, and vials are non-returnable, with the with the exception if the product has expired.



Final Sale Items 


Table linen products and certain brands are non-returnable as they are made to order. We recommend measuring your tables accurately before purchasing, and if you need assistance, please call us at (855) 469-5353. 


Order Cancellation 


Once an order is placed, customers cannot make amendments or cancel it. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order prior to placing it. Kindly be aware that special order items, as indicated with extended lead times on our website, cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order has been placed. These items are sourced directly from the manufacturer, particularly in the case of medical products.


Defective items 


A Return Material Authorization (RMA #) from customer care is required for all returns. Simply email customer care, stating your order number and clear photos of the defective goods, and an RMA will be issued to you to start the refund or replacement process. Linen Plus will facilitate manufacturer warranties and coordinate repairs or replacements where applicable. 


Change of Mind Return 


Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, wrong selections, or finding lower prices elsewhere. We advise reviewing your orders thoroughly before adding them to your cart and proceeding with the purchase. 


Goods Damaged in Transit 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once the order number and proof of damage are provided through email, we will arrange for the damaged goods to be returned to either provide replacements or issue refunds. Damaged goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals. 


Refund Processing Time  


At Linen Plus, our standard practice is to process refunds within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item(s). This timeline applies to refunds issued for any other reasons as well. Please contact your bank provider once the return has been processed by Linen Plus for further posted transaction inquiries.
