LeakSeal® Roof and Foundation Coating
- A non-fibered asphalt emulsion that can be either spray or roller applied as a high quality primer and thin base coat for use after curing with Rust-Oleum® LeakSeal® roof coatings, or as a damp proofer on vertical surfaces to protect against moisture penetration in roofing or building applications
- Used to fill pores and protect against moisture penetration when sprayed or rolled-on

- Rain resistant in 2 hours
