Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price online, in-store, or in print before you buy or within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll match the price.* Exception: Respirator and Mask.

Linen Plus reserves the right to make the final decision on a Price Match request. Limitations apply. See below for full price match policy.

Please note: We do not honour Price Match Requests for products sold by retailers during special promotion periods (including but not limited to): Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day/Week.

To request a price match, first make sure the product qualifies.

 

Make Sure the Product Qualifies:

 

  1. If you’ve already purchased the product from Linen Plus (www.linenplus.ca) and would like a price adjustment, it must have been purchased within the past 30 days.

  2. The item's size, model, quantity, brand, and color must all match those of the Linen Plus product. The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all fees, shipping costs, and other charges.

  3. A retailer or authorized dealer located in the United States must sell and ship the product.

  4. The product must be in-stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer or available only in limited quantity at the time of the price match request.

  5. The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price. Special sale prices include (but not limited to): Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, liquidations, clearances, vendor driven promotions, and financing offers.

  6. Amazon.ca price match requests will only qualify if sold directly by Amazon.ca. Additional exclusions may apply for Amazon.ca Prime.

  7. Price matching is not available for goods sold by marketplace vendors, third-party sellers, auction sites, or websites or retailers that demand memberships.

  8. Our Price Match Policy is valid only on products purchased at  www.linenplus.ca and NOT on any third party or alternate channels we may sell on.

 

Linen Plus reserves the right to limit quantities to one (1) per Price Match request.

We Do Not honor

  1. Price matching on consumable products (including but not limited to): single serve capsules (Keurig, Tassimo, Nespresso), coffee, tea, syrups, sauces, condiments, spices and seasonings, and baking mixes.

  2. Prices from marketplace vendors, third-party sellers, auction sites or sites requiring memberships.

  3. Prices that cannot be determined independently of other items, fees, or charges.

  4. Percent off or dollar off if the product’s price cannot be determined independently of other items, fees, or charges.

  5. Bundle offers, instant rebates, mail-in offers, and offers that include financing.

  6. Prices that require minimum quantity purchases.

  7. Products that other retailers have listed with special sale price. Special sale prices include (but not limited to): Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, limited time offer, limited quantity offers, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, liquidations, clearances, and financing offers.

  8. Damaged, used, or refurbished products.

  9. Misprinted or inaccurate prices. Linen Plus will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in-stock.

  10. Photographs of (including but not limited to) products found on shelf at another retailer, special sale price/offers published on social media.

 

Make Your Price Match Request

Request a Price Match for previously purchased product If you’ve already made your purchase online (linenplus.ca), you can request a price match online. You should receive a response from our customer service team within 1–4 business day. If you qualify, you’ll receive a credit within 7 business days.* Request a price match *Price Match requests made within 1–7 days of the original purchase date will receive a refund on their original method of payment.

Price Match requests made within 8–30 days of the original purchase date will receive a store credit.
