At Linen Plus Online we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We therefore recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase from Linen Plus Online, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Canadian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

About our Refund, Return & Repair Policy
This is the Refund, Repair and Return Policy of Linen Plus Online, and applies where you make a purchase online from www.Linen Plus.ca.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer First Team as soon as possible. Linen Plus Online will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to a Linen Plus franchised store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
A refund will normally be processed within 5 days.
Where Linen Plus Online considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Linen Plus Online will be at Linen Plus Online’s cost.
Returns or Defective claims on items more than 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without receiving a RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized return or collect shipments will be refused at our location. Linen Plus will pass through all Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, to the customer. Linen Plus will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the product by the manufacturer.
Please note: Non-Defective returns for a product that has been used and/or washed will not be accepted. If the product has been washed and/or used only defective product will be accepted. All table linen products are non-returnable as they are made to order. We advise the customer to take the correct measurement of their tables before purchasing, if you require help please call us at 1855-469-5353 ext 2. Milliken and other table linen brands are non-returnable as they are made to order.
In no event shall Linen Plus’s liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for damages arising out of, or relating to, a breach of the above express warranty or the sales, delivery, use or performance of the product exceeding the purchase price of the product.
Return and Return Credit Policy:
Linen Plus strives for complete customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, a Return Authorization from our Customer Care Department is required.
Items listed on Linen Plus can be returned in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturer packaging will be processed at 15%restocking fee charged to the customer, if the request is received within 15 days from the original date of shipment. Credit will only be issued when the item has been returned to us. Pick up charges may apply if outside our local delivery areas. Past 30 days, but within a year of purchase, an authorization may be provided by Customer Care and a minimum 25% restocking charge may apply.
Unopened linen items may be returned within 15 Days of purchase.
Simply contact our Customer Care Department, stating your account and the invoice number that the products were purchased on and a Return Authorization number will be issued for an exchange of goods or a full credit against your account.
All credit claims for damaged products, sales errors and short shipments should be requested immediately after receiving and verifying your order and no later than 10 business days from invoice date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 60 days of the invoice date
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects within 60 days of receipt and are covered by each manufacturer’s guarantee, which may vary in content and length from one to another. Return Authorization from our Customer Care Department must be obtained prior to returning a defective product. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer's directly.
Linen Plus Inc. assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of any products and expressly disclaims any liability for consequential damages, including without limitation, punitive damages and lost profits.
