Terms & Conditions

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please take a moment to read our Terms, Conditions and Return Policies. Linen Plus strives to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. It is to be noted Linen Plus is our trade name and Inspire Global Corp continues to be our legal entity name. Any legal documents or invoices sent to customers will bear the legal name Linen PlusInc. All payments to Linen Plus should continue to be made payable to Linen Plus Inc.as has been standard in the past.


Prices and Product Specifications:

Prices shown in our website are effective as of its printing date and appear solely as a guide and are subject to change. Price sensitive items always have current pricing on your Linenplus.ca account. Linen Plus reserves the right to update prices and product specifications at any time without notice. Products may be discontinued without notice and we reserve the right to replace the item with comparable substitution of equal or greater value. We do our best to ensure accuracy, however, errors may occur and we regret any inconvenience that errors may cause. Linen Plus assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of products. All prices quoted exclude applicable taxes.


Ordering and Delivery:

There are no delivery charges for Linen Plus products on the website within major Canadian cities for orders over $ 179.00*. However, delivery charges will apply for a special order, product sourced from the United States. Additional fees will apply for remote locations outside our delivery zone. Orders placed on Linenplus.ca after 5 pm local time will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to orders arriving from Linen plus, orders submitted electronically from customers using B2B procurement solutions and faxed orders to customer care. Product Picture on Linenplus.ca:

Occasionally products picture on Linenplus.ca might not be the same as the product delivered as it solely manufacturer responsibility to upload correct picture.


Return Policy:

Returns or Defective claims on items more than 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. No products can be returned without receiving a RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized return or collect shipments will be refused at our location. Linen Plus will pass through all Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, to the customer. Linen Plus will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the product by the manufacturer.

Please note: Non-Defective returns for a product that has been used and/or washed will not be accepted. If the product has been washed and/or used only defective product will be accepted. All table linen products are non-returnable as they are made to order. We advise the customer to take the correct measurement of their tables before purchasing, if you require help please call us at 1855-469-5353 ext 2. Milliken brands are non-returnable as they are made to order.


In no event shall Linen Plus’s liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for damages arising out of, or relating to, a breach of the above express warranty or the sales, delivery, use or performance of the product exceeding the purchase price of the product. 

All PPE products are non-returnable  due to Covid-19 regulations.


Terms are Net 30 from the Date of Invoice. An invoice will be delivered with the shipped product. For other billing options please contact our accounts receivable at 1-855-469-5353 option 2 or email credit.inquiry@linenplus.ca. A late payment charge will be applied at the rate of 2% per month on all overdue amounts, with an annual rate of 24%. The Confidential Credit Application form must be completed, and all information requested is required to open a credit account.

C.O.D. Orders
Customers who have not established an account must use a credit card when placing orders. Linen Plus delivery drivers, for their personal safety, are not authorized to accept payment, and therefore C.O.D. orders are not accepted.


Return and Return Credit Policy:

Linen Plus strives for complete customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, a Return Authorization from our Customer Care Department is required.

 Items listed on Linen Plus can be returned in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturer packaging will be processed at 15%restocking fee charged to the customer, if the request is received within 15 days from the original date of shipment. Credit will only be issued when the item has been returned to us. Pick up charges may apply if outside our local delivery areas. Past 30 days, but within a year of purchase, an authorization may be provided by Customer Care and a minimum 25% restocking charge may apply.

Unopened linen items may be returned within 15 Days of purchase.

Simply contact our Customer Care Department, stating your account and the invoice number that the products were purchased on and a Return Authorization number will be issued for an exchange of goods or a full credit against your account.

All credit claims for damaged products, sales errors and short shipments should be requested immediately after receiving and verifying your order and no later than 10 business days from invoice date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 60 days of the invoice date

Special order items are not returnable other than those that are defective. Special orders that have not been shipped may only be cancelled subject to approval.

Defective Products:

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects within 60 days of receipt and are covered by each manufacturer’s guarantee, which may vary in content and length from one to another. Return Authorization from our Customer Care Department must be obtained prior to returning a defective product. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer's directly.
