Linen Plus Inc. is supporting the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal.

We are supporting this humanitarian effort in four ways.

  1. Giving 5% of every order placed on our e-commerce sites.
  2. Starting the campaign with a $25,000 contribution.
  3. Matching employee donations.
  4. Committing to a minimum total donation of $50,000.

Right now, and continuing until the end of April, we are giving 5% of every online order placed on and Linen Plus Inc. to the Canadian Red Cross for the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal. For example, if your order subtotal is $100 before taxes, Linen Plus will donate $5.

Donations will be collected and sent weekly to the Canadian Red Cross for the Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal.

To jump-start the campaign, Linen Plus has already made a $25,000 contribution. With every visit to either of our websites, you can view the total amount being donated to support this humanitarian effort.

The money raised will provide critical humanitarian activities as needs arise, both in Ukraine and surrounding countries. Giving to the Canadian Red Cross means we can help when and where help is most needed.

Internally, Linen Plus is also matching donations made by their employees (up to $250) to organizations aiding the crisis in Ukraine. These matched donations will be added to the Canadian Red Cross campaign.

We are committing a minimum total donation of $50,000 over the course of our campaign. We believe, with your help, the support we can provide Ukrainians will be significantly higher.

For simplicity and to expedite getting the funds to these humanitarian organizations, we are only processing donations generated through this program. If you wish to make a personal donation, please visit Canadian Red Cross or any other charitable organization offering humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Together we are stronger.

During times of conflict, the Red Cross is a beacon of safety.

Although the situation is evolving, what is clear is there has been a massive escalation in hostilities.

The humanitarian consequences of this crisis will be vast.

The Canadian Red Cross has been in close communication with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) and has contributed to their preparedness efforts, which includes personnel, equipment, and training.

Here’s how the Red Cross is responding:

The URCS has 2,000 volunteers and 550 staff working across Ukraine and we know they will need our steadfast support in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead.

The URCS is currently assisting those impacted with livelihoods support, psychological support, as well as operating mobile health teams.

The Canadian Red Cross is supporting preparedness and response efforts and remains in close contact with Red Cross Movement partners on how we can best support those affected in Ukraine and surrounding countries.
