1. General Returns

  • Return Window: Standard, regularly stocked food‑service equipment may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refund Method: A credit will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Custom or Special Order Items: Customized or special‑order products and items shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier cannot be returned.

  • Scratch & Dent / Used / Demo Items:All sales are final for these categories. No returns or exchanges.
