Overview
- The Gi Metal Azzurra perforated pizza peel features a neutral anodised aluminum head paired with a light blue anodised handle. Part of the Azzurra line (model A-30RF/60) within Gi Metal's Food Services collection, it offers reduced weight compared to classic peel models while remaining extremely sturdy, thanks to an oval tubular handle that favours stability during use.
- The light, flexible head allows a natural scraper effect thanks to appropriate ribbing that ensures resistance; the neutral anodising keeps the surface even and protects it against oxidation, while gentle, regular milling makes it easier to slide under and take hold of the pizza.
- The head-to-handle joint consists of the overlay of the two elements, secured by three large rivets in line that guarantee safety and prevent movement. The absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle also makes the pizza peel more comfortable to use.
- The perforated aluminum surface ensures low friction and releases excess flour, preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza and reducing the risk of burning.
