Motorola Product Return Policy — Linen Plus
1. Overview
At Linen Plus, our commitment lies in delivering authentic Motorola Solutions products and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Because Motorola communication products are classified as electronic equipment and often require registration, programming, or licensing, specific return conditions apply.
2. Eligibility for Return
Motorola products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unprogrammed, and in original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and serial-numbered components).
The factory seals are intact (if applicable).
The item was purchased directly from Linen Plus (linenplus.ca).
The return has been pre-approved by Linen Plus Customer Service via email.
Note: For safety and warranty integrity, used, programmed, or activated radios and accessories cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective under manufacturer warranty (see Section 5).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or activated communication equipment (including programmed Motorola radios).
Batteries, chargers, and earpieces that have been opened or used.
Special-order or configured Motorola items, including multi-unit charger banks or radio bundles, are also included.
Software-licensed or digital configuration services.
4. Return Authorization Process
Contact Linen Plus Customer Service at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.
Include your order number, product serial number, and reason for return.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued if the item qualifies.
Ship the product in its original packaging to the address provided with your RMA.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Linen Plus or a verified defect.
5. Defective or Warranty Claims
The official Motorola Solutions limited warranty applies to all Motorola products.
Radios: 2 years (from date of purchase).
Accessories (chargers, earpieces, batteries): 1 year (from date of purchase).
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period:
Contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Linen Plus will assist with manufacturer-approved repair or replacement according to Motorola’s warranty policy.
6. Refunds & Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
A 15–25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your Motorola order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of receipt at [email protected]. We will promptly arrange a replacement or credit at no additional cost.
