1. Overview

Linen Plus is an Authorized Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of Motorola Solutions products in Canada. To ensure product authenticity, warranty integrity, and customer satisfaction, all Motorola returns are handled in accordance with Motorola Solutions’ official policies and Linen Plus return standards.

2. Eligibility for Return

Motorola products are non-returnable if opened, programmed, or used, except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item is unopened, in original factory-sealed packaging, with all manuals, cables, and accessories included.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Linen Plus Customer Service.

• The return request is made within 15 days of delivery.

• The product was purchased directly from Linen Plus (proof of purchase required).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-programmed or configured radios and accessories

• Opened software, licenses, or firmware upgrades

• Batteries, earpieces, and hygiene accessories once packaging is opened

• Clearance, special-order, or discontinued Motorola items

• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation

4. Warranty and Defective Products

All Motorola products purchased from Linen Plus are covered by Motorola Solutions’ Limited Warranty.
If you believe your product is defective:

2. Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to verify warranty eligibility.

3. Authorized warranty claims will be processed through Motorola’s official service channels for repair or replacement.

Note: Motorola Solutions does not honor warranties for items purchased from unauthorized resellers. Linen Plus ensures all products are genuine and eligible for warranty coverage.

5. Return Procedure

1. Email [email protected] to request an RMA.

2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item back in protective packaging with the RMA number clearly indicated on the label.

4. Returns without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

6. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized non-defective returns to cover inspection, handling, and manufacturer processing costs.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your Motorola order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify Linen Plus Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
