Overview
Our chemical integrators are designed for use in pre-vacuum or gravity steam sterilizers operating at 134°C for 3.5 minutes or longer and at 121°C for 12 minutes or longer. When used as directed, the integrator gives visual confirmation that sterilization conditions were met at the location in the sterilizer chamber Measure Time, Temperature, and Presence of Steam. Shows a distinctive purple to green color change that is not reversible. Plastic laminated. Key Features • 3.5 minutes or longer 134°C and 121°C for 12 minutes or longer • Sterilant specific - must have steam to change • Lead and toxic heavy metal free Performance Characteristics The Integrator has three different timing indicator inks printed on each indicator. The user can determine: 1. If only the first indicator bar turns green, the integrator has been subjected an insufficient steam sterilization process. 2. If the first and second bars turn green, sterilization conditions were met. 3. If the first two bars turn green as well as the short bar steam sterilization conditions occurred for an extended period. Storage The storage conditions are printed on the product packaging. Store in the resealable bag provided Shelf Life 24 months.
