We will not accept returns or defective claims on items more than 30 days after purchase. No products can be returned without receiving an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refuse any unauthorized return or collect shipments at our location. Linen Plus will pass through all manufacturer warranties, where applicable, to the customer. Linen Plus will assist in coordinating the repair or replacement of the product by the manufacturer. Please note: Non-defective returns for a product that has been used and/or washed will not be accepted. If the product has been washed and/or used, only defective product will be accepted. Since we manufacture all table linen products to order, we cannot accept returns. We advise the customer to take the correct measurement of their tables before purchasing.
