Carrots, potatoes, beets, radishes or any firm vegetable can be cut into thin, continuous strands or slices; perfect for making salads, baskets (birds nests), garnishes or your own new creations. "Le Gourmet" is economical as well. It will give large volumes of garnishes or salad from small quantities of vegetables with little waste. Sturdily built, its "come apart" construction also makes it simple to use and easy to clean.
