- XP Technology (Sharpen-Free): The blade is enhanced through a patented metallurgical process, creating an incredibly hard surface. It remains razor-sharp through hundreds of procedures, completely eliminating the need for sharpening.
- Deep Pocket (DP) Design: With a terminal shank elongated by 3mm, this instrument is specifically designed to navigate deep subgingival areas and complex root anatomy without stretching the gingival margin.
- Gracey 12 Geometry: An area-specific curette designed for the mesial surfaces of posterior teeth. It is frequently paired with the Gracey 11 or 13 for comprehensive posterior cleaning.
- Quik-Tip Efficiency: This threaded replacement tip integrates seamlessly with your existing American Eagle Quik-Tip handles. This system is both eco-friendly and cost-effective, allowing you to replace only the tip when needed.
- Feather-Touch Scaling: The persistent sharpness of XP Technology allows for a lighter scaling stroke. This increases tactile sensitivity for the clinician and significantly improves patient comfort.
