The Hu-Friedy Sickle Scaler S204SD is a premium double-ended scaler designed for the efficient removal of supragingival calculus from posterior teeth. Its unique contra-angle shank design provides enhanced access to distal surfaces and difficult to reach posterior interproximal areas.Sickle Scalers have two cutting edges that meet at a pointed tip with a back surface that is pointed, giving a triangular cross-section. The blade and cutting edges may be straight or curved.
