The 1.5″ thickness provides a strong, sturdy cutting surface while the juice grooves prevents liquids from spilling onto your countertops. The reversible side of the cutting board does not include a juice groove, allowing you to use the flat surface for any other food preparation needs. The recessed hand grips are to facilitate easy transport. Handcrafted from sustainable Northern Hard Rock Maple that is durable, sanitary, knife friendly and long lasting.
