The Karu 16 Pizza Oven, the first oven to receive the "Recommended for Domestic Use" designation from the highly regarded Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the international authority on authentic Neapolitan pizza.
With a temperature of 950°F (500°C) reached in just 15 minutes, you'll be able to cook your pizzas to perfection in no time.
This oven provides you with multiple fuel options, allowing you to cook with either wood, charcoal right out of the box, or with gas by using the separately sold Gas Burner for Karu 16.
For those who prefer cooking with gas, the Pizza Door for Karu 16 (sold separately) is a must-have accessory to complete your gas oven setup. This door gives you ample space to launch, rotate, and retrieve your pizzas.
The oven features a new hinged door design with ViewFlame™ technology for improved visibility, as well as a mounted digital thermometer to display the internal ambient oven temperature. The thermometer comes with batteries included.
With a large cooking area, the Karu 16 is capable of cooking pizzas up to 16 inches in diameter, as well as other substantial dishes.
