Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, three GWP).
- High-capacity, factory-balanced system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C) temperatures, ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
- ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors operate with higher efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced heat, and lower energy consumption.
- Condensing unit slides out from the back for easy maintenance.
- Automatic defrost system (time-initiated, time-terminated).
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor and coved corners.
- Insulation: The entire cabinet structure and solid door are foamed-in-place with zero ODP and GWP polyurethane.
