Refrigeration system:

- Oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C), ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
- ECM motors in the evaporator and condenser for higher peak efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced heat, and greater energy efficiency.
- Condensing unit with back-of-cabinet access; slides out for easy maintenance.
- Automatic defrost system, time-initiated and time-terminated.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor and coved corners.
