Design:
True’s refrigerated horizontal bottle coolers are designed with enduring quality and value. Our commitment to using the highest quality materials and oversized refrigeration assures colder product temperatures and years of trouble-free service.
Refrigeration System:
- A factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, three GWP).
- High-capacity, factory-balanced system maintaining cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C).
- State-of-the-art electronically commutated (ECM) evaporator and condenser fan motors for higher efficiency, consistent air volume, reduced heat, and greater motor reliability.
- The condensing unit is accessed from behind the front grill and slides out for easy maintenance.
- Forced-air cooling with positively guided airflow, cooling bottles on top first. The evaporator coil runs the length of the cooler for balanced temperatures.
Cabinet Construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel countertop and lids; black powder-coated cold-rolled steel front, sides, and back.
- Interior: Long-lasting, heavy-duty galvanized steel.
- Insulation: Foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
- Frame: Welded, heavy-duty steel, black powder-coated for corrosion protection.
- Bottle Cap Opener and Cap Catcher: Included, field-installed.
Bin Dividers:
- Two (2) heavy-duty, 10 mil thick pure grade PVC-coated adjustable bin dividers to maximize storage.
Lighting:
- LED interior lighting with a safety shield for more even illumination throughout the cabinet.
Model Features:
- Evaporator: Epoxy-coated to prevent corrosion.
- Barrel Locks: Standard.
- Certification: Complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for storage/display of packaged or bottled products.
Electrical:
- Pre-wired at factory, ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. Includes cord and plug set.
