Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, three GWP).
- An energy-efficient, factory-balanced system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F to 38°F (.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimal food preservation.
- ECM evaporator and condenser fan motors for higher efficiency, consistent airflow, reduced heat, and lower energy consumption.
- The condensing unit slides out from the back for easy maintenance.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends; corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor.
- Insulation: Foamed-in-place polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP for the entire cabinet and doors.
- 3" (77 mm) diameter stem castors; 34" (864 mm) work surface height; ADA compliant.
Doors:
- Stainless steel exterior with clear aluminum liner matching the cabinet interior.
- 12" (305 mm) recessed handle foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock for durability.

Shelving:
- Four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves. Two top shelves (15 9/16" L x 20 1/4" D) and two bottom shelves (15 9/16" L x 13 3/4" D) with four chrome-plated shelf clips per shelf.
- Shelves are adjustable in 1/2" (13 mm) increments, supported by pilasters matching the cabinet interior.
