Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using CFC-free R134A refrigerant.
- Time-initiated, time-terminated off-cycle defrost system.
- Extra-large evaporator coil with higher horsepower compressor and large condenser; maintains temperatures of 35°F to 40°F (1.6°C to 4.4°C).
- Sealed, cast iron, self-lubricated evaporator fan motor(s) with larger fan blades for efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow, colder holding temperatures, and faster recovery in high-use situations.
- Front-access condensing unit slides out for easy maintenance.
- Patented reversing condenser fan motor(s) reverse during defrost cycles to keep condenser coils free from dirt, dust, and debris, optimizing performance and energy efficiency; regular coil cleaning is still recommended.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: White powder-coated steel; non-peel and durable.
- Interior: NSF-approved white aluminum liner with 300 series stainless steel floor.
- Insulation: Ecomate, high-density polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
