Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP).
- High capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system that maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C).
- State-of-the-art, electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors.
- ECM motors operate at higher peak efficiencies, move consistent air, reduce energy consumption, and provide greater motor reliability.
- Bottom-mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance. “No stoop” lower shelf maximizes visibility by raising the product to a higher level.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Non-peel or chip black powder-coated cold-rolled steel; durable and permanent.
- Interior: NSF-approved white aluminum liner with stainless steel floor.
- Insulation: Foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
- Welded heavy-duty steel frame rail, powder-coated for corrosion protection, fitted with leg levellers.
Doors:
- “Low-E,” double-pane thermal insulated glass door assemblies with mitered plastic channel frames, offering energy-efficient technology.
- Each door is fitted with 12” long handle.
- Self-closing doors with a counter-balanced weight system for smooth, positive closing.
Shelving:
