Design:

Refrigeration system:
- A factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant (0 ODP, 3 GWP).
- Energy-efficient, factory-balanced refrigeration with guided airflow for uniform temperature in food pans and cabinet interiors.
- The patented forced-air design maintains a product temperature of 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C). ANSI/NSF-7 compliant.
- Sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor with larger fan blades for efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow.
- The condensing unit slides out from the back for easy maintenance.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
- Interior: Clear-coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor with coved corners, NSF approved.
- Insulation: High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane (0 ODP, 0 GWP) is used for the entire cabinet structure and solid doors.
- 5" diameter stem casters with locks on the front set; 36" work surface height.
Doors:
- Stainless steel exterior with a clear aluminum liner matching the cabinet interior.
- 12" recessed handle, foamed-in-place with sheet metal interlock.
- Positive seal self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open feature; doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
- Magnetic, one-piece, removable gaskets for easy cleaning.
Shelving:
- Four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves (21⅝"L x 16"D) with four chrome-plated shelf clips per shelf.
- Shelf support pilasters match the cabinet interior; shelves are adjustable in ½" increments.
Model features:
- Epoxy-coated evaporator for corrosion resistance.
- 8⅞" deep, ½" thick, full-length removable cutting board made of NSF-approved white polyethylene.
- Stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood for colder pan temperatures, freshness retention, and reduced condensation. Removable for easy cleaning.
- Standard with twelve 1/6-size, NSF-approved polycarbonate food pans. Also accommodates 6" deep pans (supplied by others).
- The countertop pan opening accommodates varying pan configurations with divider bars (sold separately).
- NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.
Electrical:
- Pre-wired for 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. Cord and plug set included.
