Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP).
- Energy-efficient, factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow for uniform product temperatures.
- High-capacity system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C), ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
- Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors (ECM) operate at higher efficiency, reduce heat, and improve energy consumption and motor reliability.
- The condensing unit is accessible from the back of the cabinet for easy maintenance.
- Automatic defrost system with time-initiated, time-terminated function.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: Stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back.
- Interior: NSF-approved, clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners.
- Insulation: High-density polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and zero GWP, foamed-in-place in the cabinet structure and doors.
- 5" (127 mm) diameter stem casters, locks provided on the front set, with a 36" (915 mm) work surface height.
Doors:
- Stainless steel exterior with a clear aluminum liner to match the interior.
- 12" (305 mm) recessed handles, foamed-in-place for permanent attachment.
- Positive seal, self-closing doors with a 90° stay-open feature; doors swing within cabinet dimensions.
- Magnetic door gaskets are one-piece, removable without tools for easy cleaning.
Shelving:
- Four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, 21 9/16”L x 16”D (548 mm x 407 mm).
