True’s TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-B-W Bakery Display Case Dual Zone Temp with Curved Glass combines high-volume merchandising with exceptional refrigeration in an elegantly designed display case. Featuring a sophisticated curved glass front, this unit is ideal for presenting high-end deli items, desserts, and pastries. Note that when units are banked together, a 1/2" gap will remain between them due to the side panel design.
Refrigeration system:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP).
- Exclusive reversing condenser fan motors maintain performance by keeping the condenser coil clean during defrost cycles. Regular coil cleaning is still recommended.
- High-capacity, factory-balanced system with two temperature range options: 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) for refrigerated bakery and cold deli products, or 42°F to 65°F (5.5°C to 18.3°C) for chocolate and wine.
- Pull-out condensing unit for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Cabinet construction:
- Exterior: powder-coated FDA black rounded front and back with black aluminum aesthetic side and front panels. Optional colours (upcharge may apply): white or stainless.
- Curved glass front and side panels.
- Interior: powder-coated FDA white over CRS material. Optional colours (upcharge may apply): black or stainless.
- Insulation: high-density polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
- Welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail, black powder-coated for corrosion protection, with leg levellers.
Curved front display glass:
- Single-pane tempered curved glass front and side panels. Front glass opens fully for extra-large viewing and full frontal access.
Rear doors:
- Two rear sliding glass doors for back access.
- Each door has a 12" (305 mm) long aluminum handle.
Sliding doors on stainless steel V-channel with bearings, fitting within a plastic channel frame.
Shelving:
- Six adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves.
- Each shelf supports up to 150 lbs. (69 kg).
Pan capacity:
- Holds eight 18"L x 26"D (458 mm x 661 mm) display pans and four 9"L x 26"D (229 mm x 661 mm) display pans (pans supplied by others).
Lighting:
- LED interior lighting with two clips underneath each shelf to secure wires. Safety shielded.
Model features:
- Epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion.
- Front glass swings up for easy cleaning.
