Refrigeration System:
- Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly (CFC-free) 134A refrigerant.
- Time initiated, time terminated off-cycle defrost system.
- Extra large evaporator coil balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser; maintains cabinet temperatures from 35°F to 40°F (1.6°C to 4.4°C).
- Sealed, cast iron, self-lubricated evaporator fan motors and larger fan blades provide efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow, ensuring colder holding temperatures and faster recovery in high-use situations.
- The condensing unit is accessed from the front of the cabinet, sliding out for easy maintenance.
- Exclusive reversing condenser fan motors that help keep the condenser coil clean during defrost-off cycles, optimizing performance and energy efficiency. Regular coil cleaning is still recommended.
Cabinet Construction:
- Exterior: Non-peel/chip white powder-coated steel, durable and permanent.
- Interior: NSF-approved white aluminum liner with stainless steel floor.
- Cabinet fitted with leg levellers.
- Insulation: Entire cabinet structure foamed-in-place using high-density polyurethane with zero ODP and GWP.
