A tensionedsteel exoskeleton surrounding the hearth and dome perimeterensures structural integrity and longevity. Wrapped in spunceramic fiber insulation and requiring only a 1-inch side clearanceto combustibles, the monolithic 4-inch thick cast-ceramichearth and monolithic 4-inch thick dome rest on an open blackpainted steel stand.The oven body is finished with galvanizedsteel and a stainless steel service panel is provided.
