The Drop-In Modular/Ganged Heated Well from Hatco is an insulated full-sized well, grouped together in a modular fashion with better quality construction, which keeps hot foods at more accurate temperatures for longer periods of time.
Each well has its own individual thermostatic control for temperature regulation. 50% larger drain with flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level. Includes a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial.
