With an output of up to 30 racks per hour, this undercounter glasswasher helps keep service moving during peak periods while maintaining the hygiene standards expected in professional food and beverage operations.

Designed as a high temperature commercial glasswasher, the DSP3 uses hot water sanitation to support sparkling glassware and confident compliance in environments where cleanliness matters. Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does 30 racks per hour mean in real use?

It means the Lamber DSP3 can complete up to 30 standard rack cycles in an hour under typical operating conditions. Actual throughput depends on cycle selection, water temperature stability, and how quickly racks are loaded and unloaded during service.

  • Is this glasswasher suitable for a bar or café with limited space?

Yes. The DSP3 is an undercounter glasswasher designed to fit into compact work areas, making it a practical option for back bar installations and small dish stations that still require commercial speed and sanitation.

  • What is the benefit of a high temperature commercial glasswasher?

High temperature washing supports sanitation using hot water, which helps improve hygiene and can enhance the clarity of glassware. It is especially useful for venues that prioritize consistent cleanliness and professional presentation.

  • Can the Lamber DSP3 wash more than just glasses?

It is primarily intended for glassware. Some operators may also wash small bar items depending on rack setup and local health requirements, but for best results and safety you should use it for approved items and follow the manufacturer guidance for loading and chemical use.

  • How do I keep glassware coming out clear and spot free?

For consistently clear results, use the correct commercial detergent and rinse aid, maintain proper water temperature, avoid overloading racks, and clean filters and wash arms regularly. Water hardness can also affect clarity, so a suitable water treatment solution may be recommended for hard water areas.
